Welcome to Investn, we are a private company that was founded in 2015 and has recently relaunched with a new innovative solution to make financial freedom through property investment accessible to those with a good borrowing capacity but not enough savings to buy property.
Our unique approach involves partnering with you to buy direct property, where you are on title as the legal owner. Investn’s company objective is to create a private portfolio of residential property assets across the country, where we own a small equity stake in each property.
At Investn, we have the money for the deposit, but don’t have the borrowing capacity as a company to take out thousands of mortgages. This is where you come in. If you have good credit and the borrowing capacity to service a mortgage, we can partner with you to invest in property.
We want to make it clear that we are not a lender, investment fund, builder, or developer. We’re here to guide you through the process, answer your questions, and help you achieve your financial goals.

Director
Scott Fraser, the Founder and Director of Investn, is a highly motivated individual with a vision to establish Investn as Australia’s leading property group. With over 20 years of experience in mortgage brokering, real estate investment, property development, and financial planning, Scott has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the property industry. His qualifications, including a Diploma in Financial Services, Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and Certificate IV in Business from the University of Technology Sydney, reflect his commitment to excellence. In addition, Scott has been a Justice of the Peace (JP) since age twenty.
